Role Overview – Chef de Partie
The successful Chef de Partie will join a kitchen focused on French classics, quality produce, and consistent execution.
This Chef de Partie role is ideal for someone with strong kitchen discipline, a passion for proper cooking, and the desire to work in a balanced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Run and manage your section during prep and service
• Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
• Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Support the senior kitchen team
• Help maintain strong kitchen organisation and hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in quality-led kitchens
• Passion for French cuisine and classic cooking
• Strong attention to detail and kitchen discipline
• Ability to work well as part of a professional team
• Interest in great produce and proper technique
Salary & Benefits
• Package of £38,000–£40,000
• Tuesday to Saturday only
• 48 hours per week
• Closed every Christmas until January
• Closed 2 weeks in August
