Head Chef – Modern British Dining £85,000+
We’re recruiting an experienced Head Chef for a busy, ingredient-led British dining restaurant near Oxford.
This is a senior role suited to a Head Chef with a strong modern British background, comfortable running a high-volume kitchen, leading a brigade of 10+ chefs, and delivering no-nonsense, produce-driven cuisine at a consistently high level.
Salary & Package:
• £85,000+ salary
• Tronc & bonus
• Relocation package available
• Live-in accommodation for the right candidate
Key requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef in modern British dining
• Strong background in ingredient-led, seasonal cuisine
• Comfortable managing busy services and large kitchen teams
• Confident leader with hands-on kitchen management experience
• Open to relocating to Oxfordshire
