The successful candidate will lead a multi-Rosette kitchen, delivering consistently high standards across seasonal, ingredient-led menus.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a multi-Rosette kitchen
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Develop and mentor a stable brigade
• Oversee kitchen operations, stock control, and organisation
• Deliver consistent, seasonal, ingredient-led menus
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
• Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in Rosette-level kitchens
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for seasonal, quality-led cooking
• Organised and calm approach to service
