The Role – Sous Chef (Europe)
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the brigade, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
Managing stock control and supplier deliveries
Assisting with kitchen rotas and team organisation
Upholding food safety and quality standards
Supporting menu execution across multiple concepts
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in quality-led kitchens
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Experience in high-volume or structured environments
Background in Mediterranean, French, Spanish or Asian cuisine preferred
EU work status required for relocation and immediate start
Sponsorship may be available for the right candidates
Projected start date: End of April.
Salary & Benefits
Salary from €36,000 up to €40,000+ depending on experience
