Role Overview – Head Chef
The successful Head Chef will work closely with the 3 Michelin-starred chef, taking responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation while maintaining exceptional culinary and operational standards.
This role requires an ambitious, highly skilled, and experienced chef who understands the demands of Michelin-level kitchens and is passionate about producing exceptional food.
This role would suit a Head Chef or highly experienced senior chef with an outstanding Michelin background who is looking to further develop their career and work within an elite culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation
Work closely with a highly regarded 3 Michelin-starred chef
Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen team
Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge within a Michelin-level environment
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
Exceptional previous experience working within Michelin-starred restaurants
Strong experience at Head Chef or senior kitchen management level
A genuine passion for fine dining and exceptional culinary standards
Ambition to learn, develop, and work alongside one of the best chefs in the industry
The ability to perform consistently at an exceptionally high standard
Salary & Benefits
Salary of £50,000+ per annum, depending on experience
