Maison Gastronomique is recruiting a General Manager or Management Couple for a great British pub.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established pub with a new Head Chef producing some great food-led cuisine.
The successful candidate will help lead the day-to-day operation, maintain high standards and play an important role in the continued success of the pub.

The General Manager
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager or Management Couple with a strong background in hospitality and pub operations.
The successful candidate will be confident leading the day-to-day operation, managing a team and maintaining high standards across service and hospitality.
You’ll work closely with the new Head Chef, who is producing some great food-led cuisine, making this an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about quality food and great pub hospitality.
A hands-on, commercially minded manager who enjoys being part of a local pub environment would be ideal.
