This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Group Head Chef to join a growing premium healthy fast-casual brand with Mediterranean and Asian influences. Operating across three sites, with plans for further expansion, the business is looking for a creative and commercially minded chef who can lead its culinary direction and help drive the brand forward.
You’ll oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations, leading teams of 10–15 per site while developing innovative menus and maintaining consistency across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who understands the fast-casual sector and has the vision and experience to support an expanding food brand.

The Group Head Chef
We’re looking for a creative and experienced Group Head Chef with a proven background in fast-casual food brands and multi-site operations.
You’ll have a strong understanding of the fast-casual business model, with the ability to develop exciting menus that reflect the brand's identity while meeting commercial objectives. You’ll be confident overseeing multiple kitchens, leading and developing teams, and ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation and operations across all sites.
As a forward-thinking culinary leader, you’ll bring fresh ideas, a strong commercial mindset and the ability to push the business forward as it continues to grow.
This role will suit an ambitious chef who enjoys building and developing food concepts, has experience leading teams across multiple sites and is ready to take on an exciting international opportunity in the UAE.
