Maison Gastronomique is recruiting a Head Pastry Chef for an exciting opportunity in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Pastry Chef with a background in five-star hotels and top-end bakery environments. Leading a team of 30, you’ll oversee the production of exceptional pastries, laminated products and other high-quality pastry creations.
The role is ideal for a creative and forward-thinking pastry leader who can combine technical excellence with innovation, developing new concepts while maintaining outstanding quality and consistency across all products.

The Head Pastry Chef
We’re looking for a talented Head Pastry Chef with a proven background in five-star hotels and top-end bakery environments.
You’ll have exceptional technical pastry skills, including experience producing laminated products, alongside a strong understanding of quality, consistency and presentation. You’ll be confident leading and developing a large team, ensuring efficient production while maintaining the highest standards.
As a creative leader, you’ll bring fresh ideas to the table, developing new concepts and pushing the boundaries of pastry and bakery production. You’ll combine a hands-on approach with strong leadership skills, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.
This role will suit an ambitious pastry professional who thrives in a high-quality environment, enjoys developing innovative products and has the leadership experience to manage a team of 30.
