Maison Gastronomique is recruiting a Head Chef for a high-volume premium casual multi-venue concept in Central London. This flagship operation delivers 300+ covers per day and requires a strong, experienced kitchen leader with a background in managing large teams and multi-cuisine menus.

The successful Head Chef will oversee a multi-faceted site, drive consistency across service, and lead a brigade of 15+ chefs. A strong focus on British seasonal ingredients, operational excellence, and team development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a brigade of 15+ chefs
• Oversee high-volume service of 300+ covers daily
• Manage multi-cuisine menus within a premium casual environment
• Ensure consistency across a multi-venue concept
• Maintain strong cost control and operational standards
• Develop and mentor kitchen team members
• Work with British seasonal ingredients

Requirements:
• Proven Head Chef experience in high-volume restaurants
• Experience in premium casual dining
• Multi-venue or complex site experience
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Multi-cuisine background
• Experience managing large teams

Salary: £70,000
