This is a welcoming, food-focused operation serving South American-influenced cuisine, with covers of up to 150 and a small number of events.
The Head Chef will lead a small team of five and have the opportunity to make their mark within a close-knit, family-style environment.

The Head Chef
We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a small team and take ownership of the kitchen.
We’d also consider a strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step into their first Head Chef role.
The successful candidate will be confident leading a small team, maintaining high standards and working within a busy, food-focused kitchen.
A chef with a strong background in quality restaurants and an interest in South American-influenced cuisine would be ideal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to step up into their first Head Chef role, with the potential for equity for the right candidate.
