Maison Gastronomique is recruiting a Head Chef for an exciting and rapidly developing casual dining concept in West London.

The first site is commercially successful and producing strong revenue. The business is now looking for a Head Chef who can come in, strengthen the kitchen operation and help develop the food and brand as they look towards future sites.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply run a kitchen. You’ll have genuine input into how the concept develops and grows.

Head Chef Role

  • Salary up to £75,000

  • West London

  • Immediate start available

  • Team of approximately 7 chefs

  • Busy, successful first site

  • Develop and evolve the food offering

  • Build consistency, structure and kitchen standards

  • Help strengthen the restaurant's food identity

  • Input into menu development and current food trends

  • Opportunity to play a key role in future openings and expansion

The Head Chef

We’re looking for someone with experience working within a premium, brand-led restaurant operation.

You should understand what makes a successful casual dining concept work — from creating food people genuinely want to eat through to consistency, margins, kitchen structure and building a recognisable brand.

You’ll need to be commercially aware, operationally strong and have a good understanding of current food trends and the London restaurant market.

Experience helping develop or grow a restaurant concept would be particularly interesting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an important stage and grow with the brand as additional sites open.

Salary up to £75,000.
