Maison Gastronomique is recruiting a Head Chef for an exciting new opening focused on organic, seasonal and sustainable food.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a brand-new concept combining a café and à la carte restaurant. The menu will centre on simple, ingredient-led cuisine, with an emphasis on organic produce, seasonal ingredients and avoiding ultra-processed foods.
Taking inspiration from Mediterranean and international cuisines, the food offering will celebrate quality ingredients and thoughtful cooking, supported by a strong zero-waste ethos. This role would suit a creative, forward-thinking chef who is passionate about sustainability and wants to help shape a new food concept from the ground up.

The Head Chef
We’re looking for a talented Head Chef with a passion for seasonal cooking, quality produce and sustainable kitchen practices.
You’ll be confident creating simple, flavourful dishes that allow organic ingredients to shine, drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and international cuisines. You’ll understand the importance of seasonality, thoughtful menu planning and minimising waste without compromising on quality.
With a focus on fresh ingredients and avoiding ultra-processed foods, you’ll play a key role in developing the menu and establishing the kitchen’s identity as part of this exciting new opening.
This role will suit a chef who values sustainability, enjoys creative freedom and is keen to build a food offering around organic produce, simple cooking and a genuine zero-waste philosophy.
