Role Overview – Night Baker London
The successful Night Baker will join a quality-driven bakery team producing exceptional products overnight for one of London’s most recognised bakery concepts.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in viennoiserie, bread production, or laminated doughs who is eager to continue learning and refining their skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Production of artisan breads and bakery products
• Working with viennoiserie and laminated doughs
• Maintaining consistency and quality standards
• Supporting overnight bakery production
• Ensuring organisation and cleanliness across the section
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
• Previous experience as a Baker or Night Baker
• Experience with bread production or viennoiserie
• Passion for bakery and pastry craftsmanship
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Salary & Benefits
• Salary up to £36,000
• Night shifts – 10pm to 7am
