Role Overview – Senior Sous Chef Surrey
The successful Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef and senior team within a well-established Rosette-level kitchen focused on seasonal British produce and refined cooking.
The restaurant is known for exceptional standards, strong team culture, and a more balanced approach to hospitality hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen management
• Deliver high standards across prep and service
• Lead and develop junior chefs within the brigade
• Maintain consistency, organisation, and kitchen standards
• Work with high-quality seasonal British produce
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
• Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef within quality-led kitchens
• Background in Rosette or fine dining environments
• Passion for modern British and ingredient-led cooking
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Calm and professional approach during service
Salary & Benefits
• Salary package up to £48,000
• 4-day working week
• Early double services finishing around 8:45 / 9pm
