Role Overview – Pastry Chef de Partie
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced pastry team producing a wide range of high-quality pastry items using excellent ingredients and refined techniques.
This role is ideal for a pastry chef passionate about learning and developing within a quality-led operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Production of viennoiserie and laminated pastries
• Preparation of celebration cakes and desserts
• Bread and bakery production
• Choux pastry work and finishing
• Maintaining consistency and presentation standards
• Supporting the wider pastry team during service and production
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Demi Pastry Chef
• Passion for pastry, baking, and viennoiserie
• Strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and develop technical pastry skills
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
