We are recruiting a Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef for a premium British restaurant in London, offering an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef to play a key role within a high-performing kitchen.
This Sous Chef role is set within a high-volume, quality-driven environment where consistency, leadership, and strong operational control are essential. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in leading a large brigade, maintaining standards at scale, and delivering high-end British cuisine.
The position suits a Sous Chef who is confident managing teams, comfortable with high cover counts, and experienced in delivering refined British dishes in a fast-paced service. This is an ideal role for a Senior Sous Chef ready to step up or an experienced Sous Chef looking to progress.
Key requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end, high-volume kitchens
• Strong leadership supporting and developing large teams
• Solid control of GP, stock management, rotas, and kitchen operations
• Passion for modern British cuisine and seasonal produce
