Head Chef British Cuisine - £75,000
We are recruiting a Head Chef for a premium British restaurant in London, offering an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef to take full control of a high-performing kitchen.
This Head Chef role is set within a high-volume, quality-driven environment where consistency, leadership, and strong operational control are essential. The Head Chef will be responsible for leading a large brigade, ensuring standards are maintained at scale, and delivering high-end British cuisine.
The position suits a Head Chef who is confident managing large teams, comfortable with high cover counts, and experienced in delivering refined British dishes in a fast-paced service.
Key requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step into a Head Chef role within high-end, high-volume kitchens
• Strong leadership and experience managing large brigades
• Solid control of GP, stock management, rotas, and overall kitchen operations
• Passion for modern British cuisine and seasonal produce
Salary: £80,000
