The restaurant operates across multiple services including lunch and dinner, offering both à la carte and tasting menus built around the very best seasonal ingredients sourced from a close network of producers and suppliers.

The role

As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and helping ensure smooth service across all sections.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Leading service and maintaining exceptional standards
• Training and mentoring junior members of the brigade
• Ensuring consistency, organisation, and food quality across service
• Contributing to menu development and seasonal changes

The ideal candidate

We are looking for a chef who has:

• Experience in Michelin-star or high-level fine dining kitchens
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• The ability to run service and support a large brigade
• A passion for seasonal ingredients and refined cooking
