Head Chef - Michelin - Up to £120,000
Maison Gastronomique is recruiting an exceptional Head Chef to lead a major new restaurant opening for a highly regarded, multi-Michelin-starred restaurant group.
This is a senior leadership position for a chef with extensive experience at 2 or 3 Michelin-star level. You will lead a large brigade, establish the kitchen culture and deliver exceptional standards from the opening service onwards.
The Head Chef Role
Salary up to £120,000
Lead a prestigious new restaurant opening
Manage and develop a large kitchen brigade

The Ideal Head Chef
Extensive experience in 2 or 3 Michelin-star kitchens
Proven experience leading a high-performing brigade
Exceptional culinary and organisational standards
Strong leadership and team-development skills
Experience managing a demanding, quality-led operation
Comfortable taking full ownership of a major opening
This is not a step-up position. Applicants must already have operated successfully at this level and understand the standards required within a world-class kitchen.
