This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to take the lead in a charming eight-table bistro, serving classic Italian dishes with a focus on pizzas and pastas. The restaurant offers a more intimate dining experience, making it ideal for a chef who enjoys working in a smaller kitchen environment and delivering a quality, consistent offering.
With Mondays off and an immediate start available, this role would suit a Head Chef who is passionate about traditional Italian cooking and looking to make their mark in a close-knit restaurant.

The Head Chef
We’re looking for a talented Head Chef with a passion for Italian cuisine and experience producing classic dishes to a consistently high standard.
You’ll be confident preparing pizzas and pastas, maintaining quality across a focused menu, and managing the day-to-day running of a small kitchen. You’ll take pride in using quality ingredients, delivering well-executed dishes and creating a welcoming dining experience for guests.
This role will suit a chef who enjoys the atmosphere of an intimate bistro, values traditional Italian cooking and is ready to take ownership of a small restaurant kitchen.
