Private Chef - London - £65,000
Maison Gastronomique is currently recruiting for a Russian-speaking Private Chef to join a private London household on a temporary basis from September to December, with the potential for the role to continue beyond this period.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Private Chef who enjoys creating fresh, healthy and beautifully balanced home cooking rather than formal Michelin-style cuisine.
The successful chef will prepare modern, ingredient-led food inspired by Modern European, Italian, Turkish, Lebanese, Azerbaijani and Middle Eastern cuisine, cooking for a small household including children.

Role Overview – Private Chef
The successful Private Chef will be responsible for preparing fresh, nutritious and delicious meals for a private family, with a strong focus on quality ingredients, balanced cooking and relaxed home-style food.
The role will primarily involve daytime preparation and lunches, with occasional dinners. The chef should be comfortable working independently within a private household and understand the importance of discretion, flexibility and professionalism.
There may also be opportunities to travel with the family outside of London.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare fresh, healthy and balanced home cooking for the family
• Create dishes inspired by Modern European, Italian, Turkish, Lebanese, Azerbaijani and Middle Eastern cuisine
• Prepare mainly lunches and daytime meals, with occasional dinners
• Cook for a small household, including children
• Plan and prepare menus according to the family's preferences
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and kitchen standards
• Travel with the family outside of London when required
Candidate Requirements
• Strong knowledge of fresh, healthy and balanced home cooking
• Experience with Modern European and/or Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or related cuisines
• Comfortable cooking for families and children
• Russian-speaking is ideally preferred
• Willingness to travel with the family when required
Salary & Benefits
• £65,000 per annum
• September–December contract with potential to continue
• Monday–Friday ideally, with the option of Monday–Saturday
• Approximately 9:30/10:00am–6:00pm
• Mainly lunches and daytime preparation, with occasional dinners
• Opportunity to travel with the family outside of London
