Role Overview – Development Chef
The successful Development Chef will play a key role in food development, working alongside an exceptional culinary team to create, refine, and develop innovative dishes and concepts to the highest possible standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the development of new dishes, menus, and culinary concepts
Work to exceptional Michelin-starred standards across all areas of food development
Research new ingredients, techniques, and culinary trends
Collaborate with senior culinary teams to develop innovative food concepts
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
Contribute to the wider food development strategy of the business
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for:
Proven experience as a Development Chef or in a senior culinary development position
Experience working at the highest level of the industry
Background within Michelin-starred or other exceptional fine-dining environments
Strong creativity and a passion for innovation
Excellent understanding of ingredients, techniques, and menu development
