Role Overview – Sous Chef
The successful Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across a wide range of luxury events, catering from intimate gatherings of 10 guests to large-scale events of up to 500 covers.
Working as part of an experienced kitchen team, you will help deliver consistently high standards while supporting the smooth operation of prestigious events both in London and across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Deliver exceptional food for luxury weddings, corporate events, and private functions
• Maintain consistency across events ranging from 10 to 500 covers
• Support food preparation, service, and kitchen organisation
• Help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Work alongside the team at prestigious venues and selected European events
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
• Background in quality restaurants, hotels, luxury events, or high-end catering
• Strong kitchen discipline and leadership skills
• Experience working in busy, quality-led kitchens
• A flexible approach and willingness to travel for selected events\
