Role Overview – Head Chef
The successful Head Chef will lead a busy kitchen producing seasonal British food with a strong focus on quality produce, consistency, and proper cooking.
The kitchen regularly delivers services of around 100 covers, with a well-established Sunday roast trade and a BOH team of up to 20 chefs.
Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Head Chef in a quality-led kitchen
• Background in gastropubs, British restaurants, or Rosette-level establishments
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Experience managing busy services and larger BOH teams
• Passion for seasonal British cuisine and excellent produce
